HIGHLIGHTS
WELCOME
The interior, exterior and the planting and lawn of our villa was completed in late 2019 and is now available for the perfect holiday to relax and enjoy. Make yourself at home.
NEW POOL & TERRACE AREA
Our heated pool
measuring 10x4m (33x13ft) is fun for pool parties or for relaxing.
A special highlight is the 30cm (1ft) flat head of the pool, which is equipped with jets.
Next to the dining room is the new covered terrace with a spacious dining area. Thanks to the
insect Screen you can relax outside undisturbed and enjoy food and drinks.
BOATDOCK
Our newly built boat dock
offers parking opportunities for up to three boats. All pillars are equipped with fenders to protect the boats and dock. The dock also offers a breathtaking view on the water and a lounge to relax.
KITCHEN
The new, modern kitchen offers everything you need for cooking.
A big ceramic glass cooktop hobwith convection oven. There is also a microwave, a spacious refrigerator and freezer as well as a dishwasherand a triple sink with a garbage disposal. The kitchen appliances are all branded by Bosch
and whirlpool. In addition, modern Tefal pans, pots, cooking tools, cutlery, porcelain and much more are available. For the morning coffee we provide a
Nespresso machine, an Italian
Cafetera and a regular Coffee machine.
DINNER WITH A VIEW
The dining table is located in the "Florida Room", which has a wonderful view on the terrace area, the garden and the water.
The room is thanks to the many windows bright and furnished with six comfortable chairs and a glass table.
LIVINGROOM
The living room has a cozy leather couch, which can accommodate up to five people. Thanks to the 65 "UHD LED TV with Roku TV, there's nothing in the way for a relaxing Netflix evening. The living room is connected to the kitchen and the spacious bar where four people can sit on comfortable high chairs. Perfect for a quick breakfast, a deck of cards or to end the evening.
WASHROOM
A large, new Samsung Washing machine and dryer
are available during your stay. Detergents and other utensils are available in the nearby Supermart.
In the laundry room is also a large stainless steel sink and storage for pool and boat towels.
From there you can get through the connecting door directly into the garage and to the outdoor area.
NEW AIRCONDITIONING
Too warm or too cold? That does not exist in our Villa Rio Grande.
Two completely new air conditioning systems including an intelligent Google NEST control unit is available since the renovation. This guarantees that the temperature is always right.
TWIN BEDROOM
The Twin room has two single beds measuring 100x200cm (3x6ft). Both equipped with a 7-zone, anti-allergic could—foam mattress as well as premium bedding.
In the middle of the beds is a night drawer with a modern LED lamp including two USB Outputs so you can charge your smartphone or tablet.
The spacious built-in wardrobe
has enough storage space for clothing and suitcases.
KING BEDROOM
The king bedroom has a large double bed measuring 160x200cm (5x6ft). It is equipped with a 7-zone, anti-allergic
Cold foam mattress
as well as premium bedding.
On the left and right are night drawers with a modern LED lamp including two USB outputs so you can charge your smartphone or tablet.
The spacious wardrobe has much storage space for clothes and suitcases.
For cozy TV evenings in bed there is a 40 "TV.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has an approx. 2x2 meter double bed.
It is equipped with a 7-zone, anti-allergic cold foam mattress and premium bedding.
There is a large drawer and a small night drawer with a modern LED light including two USB outputs.
The walk-in closet
has enough space to store your clothes and accessories.
In addition, a large dresser offers space for additional things that you would like to stow away.
Ensuite to the bedroom is the new master bathroom.
MASTER BATHROOM
The master bathroom, en suite
to the master bedroom, offers a modern glass shower. It is equipped with new LEDs.
KING BATHROOM
The Queen bathroom is in close proximity to the prince and queen room. It is modern, bright and also has a built-in wardrobe as additional storage space.
